rubbed with fresh herbs before being smoked to perfection.It can be served as
an entree or as an appetizer, served with silver dollar rolls and several
condiments, including fresh beet mustard homemade horse radish sauce. The beef
is so tender you can cut it with a fork
Rum and Brown Sugar Cured Smoked
Salmon is marinated overnight in Rum and Brown Sugar, then smoked. It is,
bar none, the best tasting salmon you will ever eat and is accompanied with
traditional garnishes and home made toast points.
Filo Baked Brie with Honey
and Walnuts is served warm with assorted crackers and artesian breads.
